I DO NOT consent to my art being used for NFTs or in conjunction with / altered by AI in any manner.Though rare, I have the right to decline a commission prior to payment, or cancel and fully refund after payment. Explanations may be given but are not owed!My art is for personal use. It may be used as icons, banners, wallpapers, etc, so long as credit is provided.
! My art is not for commercial use unless explicitly discussed beforehand, upon which additional fees will be applied.I retain full rights to my work and may display commissions in my galleries or use them as example pieces. However, I will avoid doing this if requested by the buyer!You as the buyer own only the finished product provided upon completion, unless discussed. All unused sketches and concepts created by me belong to me and may be altered, repurposed or used by me.MONEYTALK
Payment upfront is a must! (this is to avoid people taking sketches or running off without paying after I've done a significant amount of work.)
In cases of higher priced commissions, ! non refundable ! downpayments/deposits will be paid prior to starting the work, after which the remaining balance will be paid upon receiving a sketch confirmation. Payment plan can be discussed!I do not do refunds!
If you cancel the commission for whatever reason after the deposit and after I've put work into the art, you will not receive a refund! Please be sure you want a commission before asking for one!
The only time a refund will be issued, is if I am unable to finish the commission, or I find reason to cancel before it's been completed. Please don't be afraid to cancel before payment has been sent, in the discussion phase, if you suddenly find yourself unable to afford it! I won't take offense.! Designs and characters may not be resold for a higher price than they were bought at, unless additional art was acquired and is sold along with the design. (Example: You buy a design from me with the given PNG for $5, and then turn around and sell the design and PNG alone for $10.) 'Flipping' designs is not prohibited. Please don't rip me and others off.* CONSCIOUS AND INTENTIONAL VOIDING OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE DISPLAYED HERE EARNS AN IMMEDIATE BLACKLIST.
